Whilst you can purchase products directly from mycosmetics.com.au, we recommend you purchase products from one of the stockists listed on this website, as you can try products first-hand by using testers provided at each retail location.  You can also receive personalised services from a trained professional.

Definitions

Mycosmetics.com.au is a division of United Brands Australia and will be known as the “seller” in these conditions of sale and the customer shall be referred to as the “buyer”. “Goods” means any goods or services supplied by the seller to the customer.

Terms & Conditions

Before ordering from mycosmetics.com.au, please ensure you have read and understood all our terms and conditions that are listed on this page.  These Conditions of Sale form an agreement with you the “buyer” and applies to any purchase made by the buyer from the “seller” mycosmetics.com.au, a subsidiary of United Brands Australia – ABN 98 121 769 168 of PO BOX 22,  ALEXANDRIA, NSW 1435, Australia.

This agreement cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing.

No relaxation of these conditions of sale granted by the seller to the buyer shall be deemed to be a waiver of any rights of the seller in terms of these conditions of sale, nor shall it be deemed a variation of these conditions.

No representation has been made by seller, or on its behalf, which may have induced the customer to enter into an exchange of goods between the buyer and seller.

The seller may choose to alter some conditions of sale from time to time, at their discretion.

These conditions of sale are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Legal Transactions

Only customers over the age of 18 are legally entitled to place orders with mycosmetics.com.au.

Supply & Delivery of Your Products

You will be supplied goods indicated on your order confirmation. This confirmation is emailed to you the buyer.

Australian deliveries will occur within 5 working days from the date we receive your payment. The estimated delivery times are business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

The seller will deliver the goods to the address indicated on your order confirmation. All deliveries will be carried out by our supplier Australia Post.

Where possible we will always try to exceed our delivery estimation, however, we do not guarantee we will deliver within this time frame.

On delivery title of the goods passes to you the buyer provided full payment has been received.

Ordering Goods

You can place an order by filling in the order form in the shopping cart on the mycosmetics.com.au website.

We will forward an order number by email. You are to use this order number in any correspondence with the seller. Based on all the conditions of sale you make an offer to purchase the goods selected.

The seller has the right to cancel the order for any reason it deems. If the seller cannot process your order we will contact you by email.

Payment of Goods

Payment is made via the mycosmetics.com.au payment gateway using MasterCard, Visa and American Express.   The seller’s payment gateway is operated securely by St. George Bank Limited (ABN 92 055 513 070).

All purchases are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST, unless otherwise stated. 


Return of Goods

Please choose carefully as no refund, credit or replacements are offered if you choose incorrectly or fail to properly check and verify your order.

Should the buyer’s goods fail to operate properly due to faults and/or damage and not user error, we will organise replacement of the goods at the expense of mycosmetics.com.au.   The seller will only offer a refund when a replacement is not available.

The buyer must advise mycosmetics.com.au of any damaged or faulty products within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Should the seller determine that the goods supplied are faulty or damage, mycosmetics.com.au will organise to pick up the product from the buyer.

The seller reserves the right to test any goods returned as a result of faults or damage. If the returned goods condition is misrepresented by the buyer and the product is found not to be faulty or damaged after testing by mycosmetics.com.au, we reserve the right to charge a $50 handling and administration fee.

When goods are replaced, your replacement goods become the property and the buyer and the faulty or damaged goods become the property of mycosmetics.com.au.

Mycosmetics.com.au will not be responsible for losses or damages suffered by a buyer whose credit card is fraudulently used.

Personal Information

Your personal information supplied to mycosmetics.com.au is used to process your order.  The buyer agrees that the seller may use, store and process this data for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

You also agree that from time to time mycosmetics.com.au may use that data to provide you with information pertaining to mycosmetics.com.au products and offers. If you do not wish to receive information sent to you, you may unsubscribe at anytime by indicating your intention on the document sent to you.

In a manner that disparages us or our information, products or services (including this site).
