A volume-building lip base that makes the lips appear fuller and lipstick longer lasting and colourfast. The lip base provides a precise and even lip contour as well as evening out fine lines. Importantly, the Lifting Lip Base will neutralize the lip’s natural colour, making the lipstick look true to its intended colour. Apply thinly on to lips with the applicator and spread over the lips and lip contour with your fingertips. Allow 2 to 3 minutes to dry, before applying lip liner and lipstick. Lifting Lip Base should not be used without lipstick. Do not use with transparent or semi-transparent lip gloss only.
